“Can Hillary Clinton win the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination”, and then the eventual pursuit, is perhaps the most sought after issue only after the President Bush’s dilemma (or failure) on Iraq that not only most of the Americans are curious about but people all over the world, since American still is a guiding force and their foreign policy have some direct or indirect influences on different nations and regions, especially Middle-east.

The 2008 Democratic Presidential nomination pursuit can easily be reckoned one of the most interesting presidential hunts within a party, for gender and race are gonna play a key part and make the event more passionate and attention-grabbing than ever before in the past.

Previous polls in Iowa may have put Hillary Clinton, managing just fourth place after Mr. Edwards, Senator Obama and Iowa governor Tom Vilsack, on the back seat, but fresh pools, conducted by the American Research Group, in the states of Iowa and New Hampshire for the party’s 2008 presidential nomination has evidently enhance the stature of Mrs. Clinton’s with the total support of 35% of voters leaving former Vice-Presidential candidate John Edwards behind with just 18%.

Whereas, in New Hampshire Mrs. Clinton gathered 39% votes leaving Mr. Obama behind with just 19% of total votes.

This is just the beginning but Hillary, with over a decade of political experience, has emerged as a strong potential Democratic nominee for the coming Presidential elections. Even President Bush didn’t hesitate in complimenting the capability and experience of the Senator from New York.

She (Hillary) is a smart person, and obviously has got a lot of experience. It is helpful, to a certain extent, to have seen the presidency and presidential campaigns firsthand.

You may have doubts or some other views about the presidential nomination prospects of the former First Lady, but Clinton’s spokesman is quite firm in saying,

Poll after poll make (it) pretty clear that she already is winning.
