In a bid to improve health services to soldiers, new ‘Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline‘ will help to solve the discrepancies like financial counseling, queries concerning pay and deductions, reasons for not getting a due promotion, hospital or web sites to consult...
This help line will be a 24/7 service and aimed to get an answer for the quarry within three business days. They won’t be solving the problems themselves rather conduit it to the concerned person or department.
This is, indeed, a nice step to deal with the soldiers’ vital concerns and an effective measure to ward off red tapism. It’ll help large number of suffering soldiers from the war front of Iraq and Afghanistan and will easily provide soldiers’ know how to the family members.
