Arizona: But it’s a dry sort of racism

While the Arizonian racial climate may not be as humid as the segregated souths, there is not mistake that is it hot. The people of the Arizona state legislature have written a mess of a law, that is confusing Arizonians and American’s and illegal immigrants are shrugging their shoulders because they are protected by the constitutions. Here is how. In order for the Arizona Law to avoid being racial profiling it would need to only be applicable to ask for citizenship proof only after an offense has been committed. This avoids the whole stopping of brown, black and white people who look like illegal immigrants. Because like Janet Brewer Az’s Governor Arizonians do not know what an illegal immigrant looks like. Unless law enforcers are going to make a profile of who to stop, but making a profile, sounds like racial discrimination, because lets face it, anyone with brown skin could look like an illegal Mexican Immigrant. They do not necessarily have to be dressed like someone who has been walking in the desert for a week. Arizona Law makers have put them-self in a position to attract negatie attention by writing a bill that does not really help the immigration problem. Even Pat Buchanons fence idea seemed more effective on paper.
