US is loosing the popularity in the war against terrorism. Al-Jazeera, the major channel of mid-east has certainly taken the media battle out of the hands of the US. Recently released tape which include the statements of Ayman al-Zawahri, shows that the terrorists are still keeping there head high and are at safe places.
The new strategy of ‘media war’ is adopted so that the minds of people, especially the Muslims, can be made anti US. They are expressing US as an anti-Islamic which may endanger the image of US soldiers and international forces especially in Islamic countries. These extremists are even using internet and satellite T.V. campaigning against the international forces.
In the coming time, if there will be no check against such activities, the time is not far when US may be facing another modern type of war, the war in newsrooms and media. Already the start had taken place, enemies have skillfully adapted to fighting wars in today’s media age, but US is still quiet. Such quietness and ignorance against media war may lead US to a very big problem.
Islamic extremists are targeting international forces with the unseen bombs of media which is working as poison against US forces. This media war is hampering the image of entire west on international level.
The extremists had realized that they can’t resist against the international troops, due to which they had adopted such a modern strategy of war in this modern world.
