The phenomena that seems to be one of the major political strategies of the political parties every where in the world and especially for the upcoming presidential elections in the United States of America is their hope for success by depending on the minority votes, predominantly the black people votes.

The Democrats are now assuring their electoral success through appeasing the very black residents of the country, by either addressing the concerns related to the school admissions of the minority races or for that matter the health care provisions.
After the very considerab

le views on the rights of gays and homosexuals and the rights of women concerning abortions, the Democrats are now eyeing the very vulnerable issue of racism which still forms a very strong hold in the so called developed society of America.

But the question that arises here is that the very issues of providing for the black minority in America and dealing with the issue of Racism seems to be a distant process, considering the very state of the blacks in the 2004 Katrina hurricane in New Orleans.
The black society is still coping up with the very debilitating effects of this hurricane that left their lives in a jeopardy.

Similarly addressing the issue of HIV and AIDS , the societal segregation that entails even now in the present society of America, seems to be the very effective issue through which the Democrats seem to take a position in the coming presidential elections.

Considering the Hispanic as a fast growing ethnic community in America, and who also form a very crucial voting backbone for the democrats, the issues entailing the community certainly seems to be enough for the Democrats to perform in their favor.
It seems that the issues regarding the minorities and ethnic communities become a safe guarantee for the political parties to secure their position inn the elections, for the minorities seem to be the very vulnerable and yet the very backbone sections of the societies.
